It was my daughter and not I who actually had the tutorial with him. From my interaction with him he was excellent; responsive, communicative, punctual, organized, etc. My daughter found Jacob very helpful with the more complicated verb conjugations that she had been struggling with in class. Thus, we found him very good overall.
